Windows 11 How do I open/turn on my USB B525 HD Webcam on laptop with windows 11? It lets me open it in device settings to preview, but I can't locate any place

I have my usb webcam hooked up. It does not show up in my control panel and I have disabled the integrated camera as it is not working well. I can find the usb camera in device settings, it turns on and opens as preview, but I can't find it anywhere to use the camera? The red light lights up while the preview window is open, but when I click to locate devices, it turns the red light off, and can't find it? Any help would sure be appreciated.
