Windows 10 How do I prevent OneDrive from making my photos read-only and photos displays black screens?

When I was downloading pictures from websites, I couldn't view them. The thumbnail looks fine, but when I view them, it only displays black and then sends an error message: I tried to delete Microsoft OneDrive, but it didn't work. The direction: C:\Users\(name)\OneDrive\Desktopshows that OneDrive is still there but didn't show up as "OneDrive" in the File Explorer.Also, I tried to open Microsoft Pictures to go into the settings to disable OneDrive, but it still displays black.I can just disable the Read Only option in the properties, but I want it to not enable Read Only on a picture file when
