Windows 11 How do I prevent Speech Recognition from starting up on startup in Windows 11

I turned on this speech recognition some months ago bc I thought it would be nice.I turns out that it is useless and annoying for me. I can't figure out how to stop it from turning on every time I start my PC.I have checked speech settings to no avail - see attached picture.
