Windows 10 how do I prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen

How do I prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen? FIRST please do not refer me to solutions prior to 2020, they no longer work! I need windows 10 to stop auto maximizing my windows. I often work with side by side docs and this feature is extremely annoying. Why the redundancy of having the maximize box and this feature is necessary is beyond me. Ease of Access no longer has a checkbox to turn this off.
