Windows 11 How do I progress after the completing the captcha test while trying to add a phone number to my account aliases?

Hello, I am trying to add a phone number to my account aliases in order to redeem a reward from Microsoft Rewards, however, after inputting the number and completing the prompted Captcha I get stuck on a screen that looks something like this: Verification complete!You've proven you're a human.Continue your action. Cancel. The only option available to me is "Cancel" which takes me back to the account aliases screen where nothing has changed, even after refreshing. I have tried removing the number from my security options (as they were the same) then
