I am fairly new to my organization and I have noticed some of our users are still on version 1909 of Windows 10. The company was using a WSUS server, but they never got it working properly. For our company, I believe WUFB would be our best option, but I'm open to using WSUS if need be. What I am trying to do is get all computers up to date, but without letting them install Windows 11. I know there is a group policy that will allow updates only for a specific version, but I need to go up multiple versions.
