My wife's computer of 10 years died. The laptop started with Windows 7 and was upgraded to Windows 10. She doesn't have her Microsoft account username or password. Unfortunately, the Roadrunner email address tied to the account is now invalid after we cancelled our cable account. Tried the Microsoft live chat (Case #: 1055392102). They directed me to the ACSR form. You need the email account associated with the Microsoft account to be functional; it is not accessible. The phone number tied to the account is an old landline (we have since moved). Therefore, I couldn't proceed beyond page 2 o
