Windows 11 How do I reenable notifications for an App

I am using Windows 11, and I turned off notifications for Slack as it kept popping up over my full screen. Now that I am trying to reenable it, I have no idea how. I went to Notifications in settings and there's no option to turn on Slack or anything. I have no apps under "Notifications from apps and other senders" and no setting that signifies how to reenable it., Tried from within Slack itself, but it says I have it disabled in Windows and wont work until I reenable in Windows.Short of reinstalling Windows, not sure what else to do . 1.
