Windows 10 How do I remove an account that has administrative access and i am unable to log into on pc startup

I am having trouble signing into 1 of my accounts, it is a Microsoft email account and my problem is that I cannot log into the account on startup but it is the administrator account and I would like to revert the admin back to my normal account that I usually start my pc up with as i do not have access to the other account. I have attempted to remove it in the settings and through control panel. In control panel I am unable to change my normal account to administrator or delete the other account.
