Windows 10 How do I remove an organization off my computer so I can add my own wallpaper on my computer (Its my computer)

Hi, I'm having a problem with my computer as the computer was given to me by my school but I've recently moved school and I was allowed to keep my computer. I'm the administrator it states but I can't change my wallpaper on my lock screen or home screen as it means to activate windows but when I go to do that it pretty much says I can't because of my organization, which I assume means my old school. I honestly don't know how to remove it and I can't delete a device or organization on my old school account as now it's disabled because I moved. when I was at my old school the tech guy said it's
