Windows 10 How do I remove my microsoft account and onedrive files from a laptop that is broken and I cannot charge?

I have recently purchased a laptop from Amazon, it was working fine until the battery ran out. When I went to charge it, it will not charge at all. I have tried a new charger and that does not power the laptop either. I am wanting to send the laptop back fro a refund but I have personal files on the laptop, Can you advise how I can remove my microsoft account and onedrive files without having access to the actual laptop.Can this be access through my other laptop?
