Windows 11 How do I remove redistributable files from my apps page to reinstall?

I am attempting to uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86) 14.38.33135 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) 14.38.33135 so I can reinstall to solve a different issue. When I select uninstall from the apps menu I get an error that says "Windows cannot find 'C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{3649ede4-f16a-4486-a117-dcc2f2a35165}\VC_redist.x64.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.""Windows cannot find 'C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{46c3b171-c15c-4137-8e1d-67eeb2985b44}\VC_redist.x86.exe'.
