Windows 11 How do I remove Windows Hello?

Hey, just bought a HP 14 Laptop that contains a 14" HD Diagonal Display, Windows 11 Operating System, Intel Core i5 Processor, 8GB Memory, and 256GB Solid State Drive. I didnt know what I was doing and installed Windows Hello's nonsense, and now it takes 5 minutes to get into the computer. Everything i've found so far about this say that there is something in settings, but i havent been able to find anything. please help
