Windows 11 How do I remove Windows powershell

I have a windows 11 laptop, I have had it for a more than a year now. Every 7-10 minutes Powershell would open and close immediately. This kept taking things in full screen and taking it out of full screen. How can I remove the program, I have tried disabling it but it keeps popping up. Can I remove this, if so how?Path to location: C:\windows\SysWOW64\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe Thank you!
