Windows 10 How do I repair Windows 10 from whea stop code error?

I'm trying to clean install windows 10 on an old computer that had the upgrade from Windows 8 after I reset the PC upon install windows from the PC it showed whea uncorrectable error stop code. I tried the sfc/scannow it failed to complete stopped at 43% I tried DSIM it couldn't find the file log. What do I do to correct this error?
