Windows 11 How do I reset a Win 11 PC, removing personal files, but without removing them from my OneDrive?

I've reset my PC without removing personal files, and it refuses to heal. Is there a way to disconnect my system from OneDrive so that a reset of my PC does not remove files from OneDrive. Alternatively, is there a way to back up my OneDrive to removable media? The backup utility only supports backup to the cloud.Fred.
