Windows 10 How do I reset an admin password if I have blue screen?

Hello. I have received a blue screen (CITICAL_PROCESS_DIED). I tryed fixing it but there is no way of doing that (that I found on-line) without my admin password ,which I forgot. My two questions are:1. Is there a way I can reset my admin password by using another device?2. Is there another way of fixing this blue screen error without needing my admin password whilst keeping my non-backed up documents and pictures?Thank you for your time.
