Windows 11 How do I reset my keyboard if something appears to be stuck?

Have a weird issue with my keyboard. I believe my num lock key is getting stuck, but could be something else. The continuing symptom is that every time I open up a new browser window or Microsoft Outlook, a key is stuck on my computer that will only stop when I hit the num lock key. For example, if I open up a Google window a letter or number will start filling up the text window like I am holding a key down. It will stop when I hit the num lock key.
