Windows 11 How do I resolve an issue with repeated crashes from a bugcheck?

I recently built a new computer, and it's been crashing at least once a day. I have freshly installed Windows, updated drivers, ran Windows updates. The error from Event Viewer at 7/7/2023 9:45:06 PM is:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd703f97c0050, 0xfffff907b928f178, 0xffffd703fe6ef9f0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.
