Windows 11 How do I resolve ongoing BSOD errors?

Help! I have a LENOVO THINKSTATION P620 ThreadRipper with a NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 GPU running windows 11. I've been getting BSOD crashes for the past several months now. Usually 1 or 2 a day now. I've checked and all drivers are up to date and tried a bunch of settings changes I've found on the forums but they still kept happening. I did a windows reinstall but they continue. I ran a full LENOVO DIAGNOSTIC TOOL check on all the hardware and everything checked out so I'm thinking it must be windows update/driver related.
