Windows 11 how do I save everything on laptop including sytemwindows 11, so when lap top goes infor repairs, so nothing will be lost

Laptop needs repair, but each time this has happened the repair always installs a new drive and re-installs- windows 11. so everything is lost. they even remove loaded games.One thing I am considering to a larger ssd drive as the number of photos is reaching its usable leverI am told I can down load windows11, i on a 156g stick but can not find the proper and sfe way to do this.
