Windows 11 How do I save files in my PC drive in Windows 11 ? Someone suggested drag-and-drop. That doesn't work for me.

How do I save files in my PC drive in Windows 11 ? Someone suggested drag-and-drop. That doesn't work for me. The desktop folder "This PC" seems to be locked and I can't create or copy folders to it. I have Norton 360 for my anti-virus protection and the daily backup. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
