Windows 11 How do i see if my microsoft account is marked for deletetion?

Hello,So i am paranoid that i accidentally deleted the wrong Microsoft account because i recently deleted one with a similar email address and just want to make sure i did not delete the wrong one. I have extremely important files in my onedrive so yea.Thank you if you respond!
