Windows 11 How do I set a screen time limit schedule for myself (adult) to turn off at night?

How do I set a screen time limit schedule for myself (adult not child) on windows 11 and 10? I lose track of time when working and want my computer to pause the screen past 10 pm and not let me use the computer anymore. And ideally if I could also make it tell me when its been say 4 hours and pause it. I don't know why its so hard compared to apple
