Windows 11 How do I setup a Surface Pro 3 Go without a Microsoft Account

I'm trying to setup a Surface Pro 3 Go1. The computer is not my property but I am authorized to configure it.2. It will be on a private LAN (via USB/Ethernet dongle) connected to a private web server and will not have Internet access.3. Ideally it won't have a login. Think "Kiosk."4. Nobody's name should be associated with that device.Right now, I'm stuck at a "Let's add your Microsoft Account" screen. Again, this computer is not my property. My account doesn't belong on there.
