Windows 11 How do I sign in to defaultuser0 though restarting my pc does not work?

I tried removing defaultuser0 by going to cmd and deleting it. After I delete that user, I restarted my monitor yet it is still there and whenever I put in my username and password it keeps saying its incorrect but it is correct. Though I have changed my password twice it still says its wrong and have no way of signing in.
