Windows 10 How do I speak to a live respresentative?

I have tried EVERY option given on numerous pages from Microsoft's website. I have unauthorized charges from the Microsoft store and want to get this stopped and the charges refunded. I will report Microsoft to the Better Business Bureau and every other agency I can contact if something isn't done to make contacting Microsoft easier.........and if the fraudulent charges are not refunded.
