Windows 11 How do I speed up Windows Mobile Hotspot connection speed?

Hey, So, here's the issue. I am currently at university, and my room's Wi-Fi speed is very slow (average 7mbps down/up) and highly unreliable, especially for mobile devices. So, I connected my Laptop via the Ethernet cable for a stable connection, where I receive over 900mbps download and 45mbps upload. I used Windows' Mobile Hotspot to connect my phone in hopes of getting faster speeds, however, when used, I only get around 20mbps down/ up. Looking a little more into it, it seems Microsoft uses a protocol which should allow for 250mbps transfer, which I don't get.Any help?Laptop:Lenovo Legion
