I found my question here: Redirecting, the OP and one of the first commenters have exactly my problem, but the two people pretending to offer solutions do not actually solve the problem. This has nothing to do with administrator accounts. It has nothing to do with the age appropriateness filter. It has nothing to do with the "block app" function which only works after the app has already been installed once. I want the child account to have ZERO ability to instal
