Windows 11 How do I stop getting double notifications?

I've recently updated to windows 11 and have connected my iPhone through phonelink and now I get notifications from Edge and phonelink, apps like Instagram as I have the app on the laptop and iPhone. If I turn off the Edge notifications I wont get notified when my phones not connected but dont want to turn off the phonelink notifications as its useful to get texts and notifications from apps not on my laptop.Please help! Im being bombarded hahathanks!
