Windows 11 How do I stop my computer from turning itself on daily?

Once, if not more, every single day, my computer will turn itself from Sleep Mode to Active. Why? and how do I stop this? I have gone through my settings and do not see anything indicating an auto-update, nor do I think that would be occuring this often. I use Windows 11 Pro.
