Windows 11 How do I stop my laptop from randomly disconnecting from the internet during online games?

Whenever I played online games on my windows 11, I randomly disconnect from my router for some reason. I used to think that it was stemming from the game but I downloaded another game and the same problem persisted. Whenever it disconnects from the internet it randomly just forgets all the visible networks in the area and then connects back to the original network automatically. Is there any setting or solution to this problem because it's been happening for months now and it's getting tiresome.
