Windows 10 How do I stop my pc from restarting after I turn it on giving me a "driver power state failure" an just stays in a reboot cycle

So a few months ago I got this pc, when I first turned it on ther was nothing out of the ordinary but the second time I turned it on it gave me the "driver power state failure" an it would go into a cycle on constant restart were it just kept giving me an error an would automatically restart itself over an over until it would decide to work.It's been lik that for months. And just recently it got worse were it does its restart cycle an it decides to work when the pc is loading up after I put the pin it randomly restarts on its own within 5 minutes of starting up??? Anybody else have this issue?
