Windows 11 How do I stop my search engine from being changed to Yahoo when I restart my computer

i am re-asking this question because the last time the tech person just ghosted meso basicly whenever i restart my pc powershell opens, somtimes i see it on my taskbar, somtimes not. but none the less it changes my search engine to yahoo, please note that i use chrome and have little to no ideas on what is happedning to my computer. help me please
