Windows 11 How do I stop one folder in my PC from syncing to OneDrive?

I am using the free version of OneDrive (5GB) And it works great but I recently started recording my games of Apex Legends and importing them to my PC and that caused my one drive to fill up instantly. I need to find a way for a OneDrive to ignore that one folder and stop uploading it, how can I do that? I found some similar topics here but that solution does not work for me. I need some help with this. Thanks.
