Windows 11 How do I stop Teams items appearing in Quick Acess when I am SAVING (using Save As) a Word or Excel document?

Every time I try to use the Save As feature to save a Word or Excel document, Teams channels appear in the Quick Access area. I don't want these items to appear. This just started happening last week. Normally the folders I have added to Quick access show up..
