Windows 11 How do I stop the BSOD from happening?

I have been dealing with the blue screen of death for multiple years now and I don't know how to fix it. Recently I've been looking into the bug checks and every time the bsod appears it always gives me these numbers: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000001e00, 0xfffff80436b1d340, 0x0000000000000000. I see that 0x13 was related to driver issues, so I updated my computer and updated my GeForce gtx 1660 super and it still kept crashing. I downgraded my drivers on the 1660 to something 5 months back and still experienced the blue screen. I just don't know what to
