Windows 10 How do I stop this window from popping up at random times when I am writing a report?

When I am using my computer to write a report, or to use email, or to do pretty much anything, a window will pop up (see screenshot, below) at random intervals. It blocks whatever it is that I'm working on, and is just generally pretty irritating. Can anyone tell me what this pop-up is from? Can anyone tell me how to stop it from happening?
