Windows 10 How do I stop windows 10 from saving everything to OneDrive?

OneDrive is not installed on my computer. I cannot click on any "cloud icons" to change anything because I don't have any. Everything is set to save to Local Disk (C:) - but everything goes to \OneDrive\Desktop. Thanks in advance.
