Windows 10 How do I successfully clean or format my SK Hynix SSD Hard drive that is completely BIOS locked

I purchased a laptop from a friend of a friend. Come to find out, this laptop was kept after working for a company. So a few weeks after owning the laptop, I turn it on and cannot access Windows. The laptop bios is completely admin locked. Everything in the bios is grayed out, I cannot click on anything nor can I change anything. When I boot up the laptop only one screen appears, asking me to enter my employee identification for the company it was designed for. A friend of mine recommended buying a m.2 SSD enclosure device.
