Windows 11 How do I transfer all my OS files to my drive D. All the files in OS drive are windows related files.

The files on the OS drive are preinstalled windows data (such as program files or dell files) and they're on the drive and its full. If I selected all of them and copied it to my :D drive will it effect my computer? I've seen some people do experiments like deleting all the windows files and it breaks their computer wondering if there are any other solutions to clear the data on my OS file or if copying all the files and moving it to my :D file will effect my computer. Any help is appreciated thank you.
