Windows 11 How do I turn off auto dimming on windows 11

I have tried the method used by Microsoft, where-by you go to Settings, Display Brightness and uncheck the "Help Improve battery ...".However, this did not work. I am operating a Dell XPS 15 7590 on the latest bios update.
