Windows 11 How do I turn on microsoft anti-virus to run along with Malwarebytes

I have recently turned off both Malwarebytes and MS antivirus and ever since then I've only been able to re-enable Malwarebytes only. The image attached is clealy tells me that malwarebytes is on and MS defender is off and whenever I try to turn Ms defender back on I just simply cant.
