Windows 10 How do I type in French (with accents) on a standard keyboard using Canadian Multingual Standard QWERTY setting on Windows 10

I have a regular keyboard. Letters are in English. I have set my Windows Language options Keyboard to Canadian Multingual French. It looks like I have to switch the keyboard entirely to French using the language bar and then the letters don't match the keyboard!È is the double quote key, Seem to be a few more hidden away - 2 keys to E, 2 to e, etc. I cannot use quotes or question mark if I switch using the language bar, besides trying to figure out which key has what accent.Do I need a English/French physical keyboard? Or is the sume way of using the accents when required without giving up bas
