Windows 11 How do I undo app modifications that originated from a batch file

So I wanted to download a cracked version of spotify because I didn'd want ads, and since I found working ones for mobile I thought there would be working ones for Pc, but instead I'm stuck with a non working spotify app. I tried unninstalling and re-installing, didn't work. I tried repairing, resetting, nothing worked. I woudl've tried a restore point but I had none from before the script was applied. What could I do. Heres the link to the file that modified my spotify.
