Windows 10 How do I update Windows 10 properly so I can upgrade to Windows 11?

I have received an error - Feature update to Windows 10, version 21H2 - Error 0xc1900223. I have tried an enablement package install but am running into problems because my last build is Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363. I have been trying to resolve this for months as I would like to upgrade to Windows 11. I have no idea where to find a solution. Please advise.
