I Don't Have the Money for Another...

I have posted here before about the same issue, but it has developed. I can no longer access my computer outside of the error screens it gives me when it doesn't boot correctly. I have been running DISM to check, scan, and restore health, plus sfc scannow. RestoreHealth can't fix whatever file corruptions there are because of error code 0x800f081f. The guides it have seen for this require you to download a file from Edge, but it's incredibly unlikely that I'll be able to normally log in.
