Windows 11 How do you change the Read Aloud voice in Microsoft Word?

I want to change the Read Aloud voice in Microsoft Word. The dropdown box only shows Male and Female. I want to use Microsoft David. I do have it set under Time & Language -> Speech.The answer provided here does not work: Redirecting
