Windows 11 How do you contact anyone at Microsoft be it phone, email or anyway? Have they shut off all avenues of correspondence? How do you get answers to issue

I need some answers around my MS ID as it appears i have duplicates. I'm looking to take an exam but need queries answering about the status of these IDs. Also if there are any issues prior to, taking or after the exam who to contact? PearsonVUE are absolutely useless! & Microsoft just don't want to speak with, or just couldn't care less about customers.
