Windows 11 How do you create a website shortcut on your desktop and get the actual website logo or icon to display?

Just started with Win 11. I've Googled and searched everywhere and have no answers. How do you create a website shortcut on your desktop and get the actual website logo or icon to display? I've done the "drag the lock on the left of the URL" but it always gives a generic, MS Edge-like icon regardless of the website. Worked very simply in Win 10. Appears to be no way to get this to display anything other than the generic icon, Chrome let's you create a shortcut, but it doesn't appear on the desktop - I have no idea where it goes.
